Formaldehyde (Fe-molybdenum method)

Process: continous FM production process in molybdenum method. Efficient catalyst can be loaded once, with a maximum continuous operation time of up to 1 year.
Core equipment: isothermal reactor, with the feature of controlled temperature and mild reaction.
Safety:there is only oxidation in reaction process without hydrogen in it, so it is essentially safe.
Energy: Due to the lack of endothermic dehydrogenation reaction, the production process purely involves oxidation reaction, which can release more heat and obtain higher gas production rate.
Raw material consumption: The reaction temperature is less than 300 ℃, so the consumption of raw material methanol is more than 5% lower than that of silver method.
Exhaust gas treatment: Non open flame catalytic oxidation, resulting in exhaust.
