Sulfuric Acid

Sulfuric acid production plant with sulphur as raw material composes of five units as below: sulfur melting unit, incineration unit, reformation unit, drying and adsorption unit, final product unit.

Adoption of advanced technologies of incineration and waste heat as well as acid-formation process of contact method and double-conversion and double-absorption, makes the conversion rate over 99.9% and the absorption rate up to 99.99%, and effectively recovers the heat from high, medium and low temperature level in production procedure.

We have the following advantages:

● Mechanical automation for sulfur incineration to save power;

● Fully utilize reaction heat for byproduct steam generation to save energy;

● With advanced reforming technology to have conversion rate up to 99.9%;
